This delightfully delicious and nutritious meal is way too easy to make. You have to try it! Oh, by the way, did we mention that it’s Vegan friendly? Every savory bite will make you forget about sashimi sushi!

Cook: 30 minutes
- 1 package of Tempeh
- 1-2 cups of Azeka’s Maui Original Sauce
- 1 cup sushi rice
- Nori sheets
- Romain lettuce, cut to fit nori wrapper
- 1 cucumber, cut into strips
- 1 Avocado, cut in half and into strips
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into strips
The night before, cut the tempeh into long, thin slices. Place in a bowl and add Azeka’s Maui Original sauce, enough to cover the tempeh to marinade.
Once your tempeh has been marinated, cook over low-med heat, until heated through.
Spread your sushi rice on a sheet of nori and add a small layer of lettuce, cucumber, avocado, carrot, and tempeh. Roll and cut into slices. Serve with Azeka’s Soy sauce and Lava Sriracha. Enjoy.
