Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of steak, sliced into strips
- 1 Cup Original Azeka Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- ½ tsp Ginger
- 1/3 Cup Azeka Soy Sauce
- ¼ Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- ¼ Cup Honey
- 1 Cup Beef Broth
- 4 Cups Broccoli Florets
- 2 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 2 Tbsp Water
Directions
Put steak slices in ziplock bag along with Original Azeka’s Sauce and marinade for at least 3 hours. Place the marinated steak in a large pan and cook on medium high heat until the sauce becomes thick and the steak is cooked through. Remove the steak from the pan, rinse the pan and add the sesame oil. Heat pan to a medium heat and add garlic and ginger.
Add Azeka soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, and beef broth until heated through. Bring to a simmer and add the broccoli and continue cooking for about 5 minutes. Add the corn starch to the water to make a slurry and add to the broccoli mixture. As the mixture simmers, the sauce should thicken, and you can add the beef back to the sauce. Once the sauce is thickened to your liking, turn off the heat and serve!
