Hawaiian Sweet Chili Glazed Ham
Think back to your last luau, remember that beautifully roasted pig with an apple in its mouth? Hawaiian Sweet Chili Sauce and ham the type of flavor anyone can get behind.
- One fully cooked Ham
- One bottle of Azeka’s Hawaiian Sweet Chili
- Pineapple rounds
- Maraschino Cherries
Take the ham out of the packaging, pat dry. Place in deep baking dish with the fat side up and flat bottom down.
Brush a generous amount of the Hawaiian Sweet Chili Glaze all over the ham. Set the oven to 350 degrees and place the ham in the oven for about 10 minutes per pound. During the last 10 minutes of baking, add the pineapple rings to the ham with toothpicks and add one cherry to the center of each pineapple ring. Brush the pineapple rings with more fresh sauce and place the ham back into the oven for the remaining 10 minutes. This will create the perfect glaze over the ham. Once done, take out of oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
