Lava Sriracha Deviled Eggs

These are devilishly good, dare we say a bit devious as well? Enjoy these for a snack before the big-game or as a quick and spicy snack. Sharing is optional but we know you’ll want to share them.


  • 6 hardboiled eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp mayo
  • 1 Tbsp Azeka’s Lava Sriracha
  • Pinch of Paprika
  • 3 strips of Crumbled bacon (optional)


Peel the hardboiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise. ​Separate the yolk from the white and put in a separate bowl. Add the mayo, sriracha, salt, and pepper to the yolk and mash until well combined.

Using a spoon, scoop a small amount of the yolk mixture into each egg white until the yolk mixture is gone. Sprinkle a pinch of paprika over the eggs to finish. For a heartier snack, top with bacon crumbles.
